The Riverboat is now in full operation. Normal timings are 12.30, 1.45 and 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays with Wednesdays being available from May. We will also operate on Bank Holidays. This is subject to river conditions. After heavy rain we may be prohibited from sailing until the river flow and levels subside.
We will be attending the Breaston Gala on Monday 1st May. Come and see our stall then and help us out by volunteering to chat to the public if you have time.
Our next member’s meeting (25h April) will be at the Cottages Café – first Floor, Draycott DE72 3PE from 7.30pm. It will be a talk on the Bennerley Viaduct and how it was restored and is now being maintained and promoted by the community.
