Volunteer Open Day at the Draycott Cottages

If you’re interested getting involved with volunteering for the D&SC Trust, or finding out more, come to Hopwell Road to see our progress on restoring the Canal Cottages, and find out how you can help!

You can:

• See some of the history of the building
• Look at restoration plans
• Look around the site
• Ask our volunteers what it’s like to work on the such an interesting project!

There will also be accompanied access to the building itself – we’ll supply a hard hat if you come in sensible clothes and shoes.

HS&E requirements:

Full PPE required – it is a working building site.

Hard Hats will be provided. Steel toe cap boots or equivalent is required.
