We have an agreement in prnciple, needs to be ratified by Texas lawyers, to take abstraction volume from the licence held by Celanese. Celanese hold two abstraction licences for water taken from the Derwent, 179,000 cu.m/day and 9,000cu.m/day, and BWB have determined a canal requirement of 5,500cu.m/day. Any surrendering of the abstraction volumes and transfer to the canal will require the approval of the Environmental Agency, already approved in principle, and allows abstraction from more than one point from the Derwent.
